John Smith's Grand National: Jockey Updates

There was a scare for the team of Kilbeggan Blade after jockey Graham Lee took a heavy fall at Wetherby on Tuesday afternoon.  However after being checked out, Lee was given the all clear and is set to resume his rides before Aintree.

Elsewhere, Denis O’ Regan made a winning return following his short injury lay off with a win at Wetherby, to prove his fitness ahead of his ride on Black Apalachi in the John Smith’s Grand National.

Finally, the young Emmet Mullins, a product of the famous Mullins racing clan, will ride Chelsea Harbour in the John Smith’s Grand National. The amateur will be riding in the famous race for the first time in his career
